Maybe you’re alone, suffering from PMS/PMDD and dealing with difficult menstrual issues in painful silence. Maybe you’re well on your way to healing yourself. Or maybe you have awakened to a calling to serve and love those suffering as you once did.
No matter where you are on your menstrual journey, know that you’re not alone, and that all of you have something important to offer others.
A journey shared is much more meaningful, and much more fun.
And this is what the Cycle Harmony community is all about: women joining together to share experiences and information regarding painful lessons, frustrations, remedies and cures – and often much-needed words of encouragement, validation, compassion and hope.
Our community is a place where your voice is heard, and valued.
We’re here to break the century-old convention
that women should feel ashamed about their menstrual cycles, keep our pains to ourselves and suffer alone, and in silence.
We’re here to create a new era of feminine enlightenment
where we honor our menstrual cycles and fully embrace all of our beauty and glory – and the “imperfections” that come with it. It is these imperfections that make us perfect, and make us fully women.
Let’s join our hands together
and speak up and share our journeys with an open mind and an open heart. Let’s support each other to realize the radiant, vibrant women we were born to be, to fulfill our individual purposes in this lifetime, whatever they may be, and to make a difference in the world – leaving it a better place than the one we found.
This is what you can do
to co-create this loving and growing community with your sisters around the world, touching the lives of others, and letting them touch yours…
2. Invite your friends to join the community, spread and share the love.
3. Comment on an article and share your experience and insight.
4. Volunteer to become our community leader (contact me at jing@cycleharmony.com).
4. Learn, share, love, grow, and contribute…
Love and healing grow with sharing. You can have more for yourself by giving it away to others. Let’s start to share some love, shall we?
