Hi Jiang, what is the amount of carrier oil you recommend be used for the recipes you shared? Thanks for your help.
Linda
thank you for your great article & recipes. . . do you have a recipe for lowering blood pressure? I am medicated on a low dosage of med but want to get off them. . . i think my numbers were up because of anxiety and stress which is under control now. thanks
Hi Jill, Check out the Hawthorn berry tea. It can help promote blood circulation, lower blood pressure, and reduce period pain. However, because hawthorn berries can dilate blood vessels, you should check with your doctor and make sure that it doesn’t counteract with your medication and is suitable for your condition.
Thank for this wonderful article – I too prefer simplicity to complexity lol. Recently I brought thus fragrance diffuser: http://www.muji.eu/pages/online.asp?Sec=17&Sub=71&PID=4983. It’s SO cool…a little luxury that creates soft light and an ambient atmosphere through the diffusion of essential oils via steam. If you fancy treating yourself to something you can use for a long time to come, I’d highly recommend!
