I recently started incorporating some weight training into my workout routine and have been looking for a set of simple exercises that I can do with my dumbbells. Ideally this is an exercise that doesn’t take much time, is easy to follow, and can be done anytime and anywhere.
Well, I found one that I like. There are only five exercises. You do each one with full intensity in 20 seconds, rest for 40 seconds to catch your breath, and then continue on with the next one.
All in all, it’ll only take less than 10 minutes – perfect for a short break from my computer or desk.

I actually feel sore today especially in my inner thighs – just after two sets of exercises yesterday. Yeah!
This simple set is surprisingly effective. I’m out of breath after just one set lol. Feeling oxygen pumping into my body – a short, good workout 🙂
