I Was Suffering in Silence

Years ago, I was struggling with PMS mood swings and painful periods. They affected the quality of my life and the quality of my relationships.
With nowhere to go, I thought to myself…
I can’t be alone. There must be other women going through a similar experience.

When I healed myself, I decided to start Cycle Harmony to share my journey and what I had learned along the way.
My hope was that this would help other women who were also suffering in silence. And that by buiding a community, many more would come together to share their collective experiences and support one another on this intensely personal, and seemingly lonely, journey.
Cycle Harmony is Changing Lives

Today, I’m delighted to see that Cycle Harmony has become a safe and supportive place where women feel comfortable sharing some of their innermost private experiences; and that it’s touching the lives of over a million women from around the globe each year.
It’s especially fulfilling for me when women write and tell me how Cycle Harmony has helped them improve their relationship with their menstrual cycles – and the quality of their lives.
On a personal level, my efforts to support other women have enabled me to tap into a deeper source of courage, wisdom, and resiliency – something I didn’t even know I had. And I’ve become a much stronger person as a result.
Step Up to Help Others

The community has now reached a stage where my personal time and efforts are simply not enough to support all the sisters in our community. So I’m calling you to step up and join our team as a community leader – to help transform another woman’s life, which will inevitably transform your own as well.

One of the most important gifts we can give to someone is listening. Oftentimes, all someone needs is to be heard and understood.
So we’re looking for a team of women who are caring and empathetic, who are willing to listen and eager to help others, who share our vision and mission, and who are committed to making a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others.
Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, or menstrual issues is a plus, but not necessary. And we understand that you have other life responsibilities. What’s more important is your willingness to help. Even one hour of your time on a weekly basis can go a long way.
The Responsibilities of Community Leaders

- Leading discussions and dialogues on our social media pages by asking questions, sharing tips, and initiating interesting and relevant topics.
- Engaging our community members to create healthier lifestyle habits.
- Gathering member feedback and suggestions to help us improve our services.
- Or other initiatives that inspire you and will benefit our community. It’s really an open field at this point, so you’re free to write your own job description – and we’d love you for that!
How Will You Benefit

Speaking from my personal experience, I have no doubt that you’ll benefit from this position more than you know.
- You’ll receive great satisfaction from knowing that you’ve helped another sister somewhere in the world.
- You’ll find a meaning and purpose in life that will uplift your own.
- You’ll be supported by me and other community leaders, and be a part of something beautiful, growing, and important.
- You’ll learn a lot about nutrition, fitness, health, TCM and holistic healing.
- You’ll be listed as a team member on our website, with your photo, a brief bio, and a link to your website, if you have one.
If you feel excited about joining us, please email me at jing@cycleharmony.com. I look forward to hearing from you!
P.S. I’d also greatly appreciate it if you would share my message with others who might be interested in this opportunity. Thank you.
