Your girl has PMS. It’s no fun for both of you. What can you do to make her feel better? Check out these ideas to show her that you love and care about her.

A user popped a question yesterday: “What gifts can I buy for my sweetie when she is PMSing?”

Good question.

If you are in a relationship, PMS is not just her deal – it becomes yours too. And you want to do everything you can to make her feel better, and show her that you love and care about her.

Of course, you don’t want to wait until she is having PMS to do that. But during those times, she may need, and will especially appreciate, your gestures of attention, appreciation and affection. So, what gifts can you get her?

Gift Ideas for Women During PMS

Below are some of the best gifts I’ve received during PMS. Perhaps they will add a few sparks to your own creativity!

Her Favorite Movies or TV Series

When she is cramping or feeling the PMS blues, oftentimes all she wants to do is lie in bed and watch her favorite movies or shows.

Knowing that I love “Sex and the City,” my boyfriend bought me the collector’s set, the complete six seasons.

It’s definitely becoming one of my best PMS companions! And every time I watch it, it reminds me of how sweet he is. Pretty clever on his part!

Here are some of my favorite chick flicks for your consideration:

  • The Devil Wears Prada
  • Breakfast at Tiffany’s
  • Why Harry Met Sally
  • Gone with the Wind
  • Sleepless in Seattle
  • My Big Fat Greek Wedding
  • Bridesmaid
  • Bridget Jones’ Diary
  • Roman Holiday
  • The Way We Were

What are your girl’s favorite movies or shows? Give her a little romance and a little laughter that will take her mind away from her worries and frustrations. You’ll both be delighted. 🙂

Chocolate

Have you heard that many women turn into “Chocolate Monsters” during PMS? There’s a reason for that.

Chocolates stimulate love hormones, the same ones that make us feel happy when we are in love.

So if she loves chocolates, she’d surely appreciate some gourmet chocolate especially when they’re low carb and sugar free.

Less is more. Too much chocolate can worsen PMS symptoms, but a little can bring her pleasure and melt her heart.

Heating Pads

Heating pads work wonders when it comes to relieving cramps, stress, back and neck aches, and pains commonly associated with PMS.

My favorite ones are those made of natural ingredients, such as rice or hemp, that are microwavable and come with soothing aromatherapy scents.

Put it in the microwave, and in a few minutes it’s ready to warm up her belly, and her heart!

Massage

Massage is highly effective in relieving tension, relaxing the mind, and rejuvenating the body – things she needs most during PMS.

Treat her to a massage if you can afford it. Even better, give her one yourself with some scented candles and sensual massage oil – it can turn into a sensual experience for you too!

Or get her a hand held deep tissue massager, so that she can enjoy a wonderful foot, neck or shoulder massage while she’s working at her desk or sitting on the couch watching her favorite shows.

Foot Spa

How about building her a foot spa? I’m just kidding!

The more affordable option is to buy her a Foot Spa Massager. She’ll be smiling at you while she enjoys a relaxing foot soak and massage at home!

Orgasm

To be honest, nothing works better to release the pent-up energy of PMS than an orgasm.

In fact, orgasm has been the magic cure for PMS for centuries.

So, one of the best gifts you can give your woman is a good orgasm, and of course all those sensual pleasures that prelude it.

As you see, creativity and budget are the only limits to what you can give her. The above are some of my ideas. What ideas do you have?

NO CHOCOLATE. It increases PMS symptoms, along with Coffee, Alcohol, and any other drink with caffeine.
