Yes you want to be healthier, happier, and more prosperous. Yet sometimes it seems that you’re just not getting what you truly wanted.
Have you ever wondered why?
What is affirmation
It may have something to do with your belief system.
If your old belief system is in conflict with your vision and desires, it’ll try to sabotage your efforts by making excuses or creating obstacles to prevent you from getting what you want.
If this is the case, it’s time to create a belief system that’s in alignment with, and supports, your new vision.
Affirmation is a simple yet powerful way to break the old, negative thinking patterns, and to create a new, more supportive, and more positive belief system. Practicing affirmations daily will gradually change your belief system – and your reality.
How to create effective affirmations
Here are a few guidelines for creating your own affirmations:
1. Use “I” statements.
For example: I am, I trust, I allow, I love… etc.
2. Say what’s true.
If the statement is not true, you’ll feel it. Try it again until it feels true to you. You’ll feel the power of the truth. Trust it.
3. Use the present tense.
What is true is in the now, not in the past, nor in the future.
4. Use your own words.
Make it simple so you can say it naturally and effortlessly.
Affirmations to Healing Menstrual Cycles
Below are a few affirmations recommended by Louise Hay for healing specific health conditions.
If you find them relevant, modify them and add them to your affirmations.
I am at home in my body.
I’m balanced in my creative flow.
I am safe to be vulnerable.
I now take charge of my mind and my life. I am a powerful, dynamic woman! Every part of my body functions perfectly. I love me.
I rejoice in who I am. I love my body. I love myself. I love all my cycles. All is well.
I accept my full power as a woman and accept all my bodily processes as natural and normal. I love and approve of myself.
Breast Cysts, Lumps, Soreness:
I am important. I count. I now care for and nourish myself with love and with joy. I allow others the freedom to be who they are. We are all safe and free.
I relax and allow my mind to be peaceful.
Life loves me, and I love life. I now choose to take in life fully and freely.
I am both powerful and desirable. It’s wonderful to be a woman. I love myself and I am fulfilled.
I lovingly release the day and slip into a peaceful sleep, knowing tomorrow will take care of itself.
I love and approve of myself and I trust the process of life. I am safe.
I now go beyond other people’s fears and limitations. I create my life.
