Cheryl, I’ve been practicing with Maya Fiennes for years. Love her stuff. I’m also delighted to learn from other teachers. It’s wonderful to learn new things and get different perspectives. Like Kate, I’m going to practice this kriya every day during this new moon cycle 😉

I actually forgot that I bought the whole Journey Through the Chakras as well as her Detox program which is the one I am currently doing. After doing the 2nd chakra DVD (which actually relieved my lower back/hip/hip-flexor pain immediately) I viewed the link on my PC instead of my phone and was able to see the link. I’m so excited to try this ater dinner! Yaaaay

Hi Kate, it’s said it takes 40 days to break a habit. Why not try it for 40 days running (or maybe until the next new moon) and explore its effect. I’d love to hear how you get on!
