I am relatively new to Qi Gong but I really liked your ‘shaking tree’ video and felt relaxed just watching you. I am 73 and want to keep fit (6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren) so do you perhaps have appropriate video exercises? I like to exercise to music ….can you suggest some traditional Chinese music?

Did you notice how Jing kept referring to a tree? That’s exactly what it is! A tree balancing in the air, while being well grounded on the earth.
I just tried it and felt so great afterward…… Such a simple and wonderful exercise!
