Today is Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to a yummy Thanksgiving feast, and some heart-warming family time. And it gets even better! On this special day, Mood Runner Mood & Period Tracker is in the iTune Store!!! Yes, after a long week of waiting and anticipation, it is finally available to the world.
I am very thankful. Through this project I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people from different backgrounds and countries who all put their heart and soul into creating something meaningful, and for a vision bigger than ourselves. I especially want to thank my developers in India, who worked so hard and really made this project their own. I am grateful for my boyfriend who has been there supporting me through every step of the process. And I am grateful for the writers, designers, and Cycle Harmony friends who have inspired me along the way.
In a brief, Mood Runner Mood & Period Tracker was based on Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness research. It helps people to:
– Track moods and watch mood patterns over time
– Record lifestyle factors: diet, exercise, sleep, stress, energy level and sex drive
– Track menstrual cycles and symptoms
– Understand how various factors effect moods
– Set mood and lifestyle goals, develop new habits and stay on track
