Aculief: Instant Relief for PMS, Headaches and Menstrual Cramps

Last updated on April 6, 2018 By Jing J. 2 Comments

Do you suffer from PMS, irritability, anger, depression, irregular periods or menstrual pain? If so, you may be asking yourself what’s causing these painful and unpleasant symptoms, and what you can do to find relief.

Well, there’s a long answer and there’s a short answer.

The long answer has to do with stress, mental and emotional imbalance and lifestyle choices. I’ve been covering these topics extensively on our website.

The short answer has to do with the stagnation of energy and/or blood in the body.

There is a famous saying in Chinese Medicine, “Wherever there is stagnation, there is pain.” So when there is some kind of stagnation in the body, various pains and unpleasant symptoms result.

Today I’m going to share with you a simple and effective way to open up your channels and remove stagnation from your body.

Because when energy begins to flow freely, the pain and other unpleasant PMS or period symptoms will go away naturally.

And the best part?

You don’t have to do anything at all.

Here’s the secret…

In acupuncture, there are two powerful points that can help remove stagnation and promote the smooth flow of energy: The Valley of Harmony (point LI4) and The Great Surge (LIV3).

The Valley of Harmony (point LI4)

LI4 is located in the webbing between your thumb and index finger on both hands.

The Great Surge (LV3)

LV3 is located in the webbing between the big and second toe on both feet.

Notice that they are actually the mirror image of each other.

These four points (2 on the feet and 2 on the hands) are powerful acupuncture points to remove stagnation and promote the smooth flow of energy.

They’re called the Four Gates in Chinese Medicine, and are often used to treat emotional disturbances, painful menstruation and irregular periods, or simply to release stress.

If you go to see an acupuncturist, she’s likely to insert needles at these two points if you have any complaints related to pain, menstrual or emotional issues.

What I’m excited to share with you today is that you can now do this in the comfort of your own home, or really, wherever you are. You can do this while reading, working, jogging, or watching TV.

How cool is that!

Check out this simple device Aculief. It gives you instant relief without pills or needles – and helps you open up your channels, remove stagnation and relieve pain – without any effort on your part.

The principle is the same: removing stagnation and promoting the free flow of energy in your body.

If you decide to give it a try, please share your experience with us! Thank you!

Another thought: In addition to clipping it on your hands (for the Valley of Harmony points), you can also try to clip it and on your feet (for the Great Surge points). It would be ideal to do these 4 points at the same time to achieve the maximum benefits.

ooh and I just remembered that my chiro/acupuncturist usually puts needles in these four places when I am constipated. She actually put did this last Monday before I went on my trip. Talk about synchronicity!

wow Jing, this is great! I always notice I pinch that exact spot on my hand bc it sometimes feels swollen or tender and squeezing it relieves that. I might just have to check this little device out, thank you!
