About two years ago at around this time of the year, CycleHarmony.com was born. I felt like a mother who had just given birth to a newborn baby, filled with excitement, joy – and a fair amount of uncertainty.
What will my baby look like when she grows up? Will she be strong enough? How will she be received by the world?
I didn’t have all of the answers. The only thing I was certain of was my vision for bringing women together – from all around the world – to honor our feminine, to nurture ourselves, and to support one another.
In the past two years, I’ve put my heart, sweat and soul into building the Cycle Harmony community. And in that time there hasn’t been a day that I haven’t faced my inner fears: the fear of rejection, of failure, and the fear of not being good enough…
It’s the vision of our community that has helped me move through my fear, picked me up when I felt down, and kept me going.
Today our community is growing strong…
It makes me smile when I see sisters making friends with each other and helping each other out on Cycle Harmony Facebook Page.
It delights me when I hear some sisters saying that they’ve had several PMS-free months.
It inspires me when I see sisters steadfastly moving toward their health goals and sharing their progress along the way.
It is you who make our community become alive.
It is you who inspire other women to join us.
It is you who empower other women to make the positive changes in their lives.
And it is you who make our community grow.
I want you to know how deeply grateful I am for your contribution to our community, and to my personal growth.
However, as our community grows, I’ve become increasingly aware of the limitation of my personal bandwidth.
It pains me when it takes me days to respond to some of your comments.
It frustrates me when I can’t find the time to write more and share more.
And it challenges me to find balance in my personal life.
I believe that we are smarter than me. And together we can accomplish much more than what I can alone.
I invite you to share tips, remedies, and experiences that you’ve found helpful on our Cycle Harmony Facebook Page, so we can all learn from each other and grow together. I expect to complete the reconstruction in the next couple of days.
CycleHarmony.com is our community.
It wouldn’t be what it is today without you.
And it won’t realize its fullest potential without you.
Please take ownership of our community, and do what you can to make it more relevant and helpful to our collective needs.
2013 is going to be a phenomenal year for our Cycle Harmony women. Let’s have a toast for all of our accomplishments this year, and work together to create a better and brighter future in the upcoming year!
What do you say?

Thank you Vild for all of your support and your wonderful contributions to our community. To me, the best part of creating cycleharmony.com is to connect with wonderful sisters like you from around the world – who I wouldn’t have a chance to meet otherwise. And this is only the beginning Vild. I look forward to more connections, more meaningful conversations, and more positive changes to come – for all of us!!
