The New Moon on March 30 was the first New Moon in the lunar year of 2014. As you know, the lunar year 2014 is the year of horse and the year of Jupiter — both mark the time of action, momentum and expansion. So this makes the recent New Moon a special and opportune time to set intentions for the entire year…
On that day I went to a tea ceremony with a tea master from Taiwan (he’s American, by the way) in a beautiful garden in Venice. Then I went to a special New Moon Kundanili yoga class. After the class, we sat on the floor and did “vision boards” together.
It was a beautiful time — to connect with the New Moon and to connect with my local communities. We all long for these types of connections in the world, don’t we?
One of my intentions this year is to create a deeper level of connection and a higher level of engagement with our online community.
Our team of sisters meet online on the New Moons. We share our intentions, goals and challenges. We support one another individually and we discuss how we can better serve our Cycle Harmony community at large.
This year we’ll work on expanding our inner circle to include all of you! We’re incubating some very exciting ideas this New Moon. And we can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned for our next update!
Today, I’m going to ask you to set your intentions. What do you envision on your personal horizon? A healthy and vibrant body? A loving relationship? An adventure you’ve always dreamed of…?
Whatever it is, write it down on a piece of paper. Then let’s check in with one another on the Harvest Moon in September to see how much has manifested. Wouldn’t that be fun?!
I’m sure a healthy menstrual cycle will be one of your intentions. Please tell us what your biggest concern is, and we’ll do our best to support you on your journey to overcome it.
P.S. One of my intentions is to attract committed, kind and open-minded women I’m meant to help. If you know someone who’s struggling with PMS anger, depression and mood swings, and who may benefit from my approach, please feel free to share my information with her. I’d really appreciate that!
