For several years now I’ve been contributing to the wonderful Cycle Harmony community. I’ve shared with you my innermost thoughts and experiences, and the joy of being a part of this growing sisterhood. Those of you who have read my posts know I am a very moon-oriented person. The moon governs my soul and my body, and the connection with the moon makes me feel at peace with myself.
For years, I’ve meditated on the moon – the dazzling moonlight at full moon and the incredible absence at new moon. Recently I was called to make my meditation more structured – setting clearer intentions and revisiting them later.
Once I added this layer to a specific moon energy, my meditation experience became deeper, richer, and more helpful for my everyday life.
I wanted to share this with you all, but it required writing and personal input, so I thought I’d write a book. And it’s finally here, the Moon Journal 2017. It’s the lunar meditation guide you never knew you needed.
This moon companion can offer you a gentle structure for your meditation. It has easy to remember affirmations, so you can carry them with you in your heart.
It’s also got space for you to write your own intentions. This will enable you to see yourself more clearly. And as time goes on, you will be able to reflect on the types of goals you set for yourself and your progress toward them.
My advice is to keep intentions clear and practical. When you know exactly what you want, you are more likely to attract it. My personal moon journal is filled with achievements I never could have foreseen. By using the magical tool of moon meditation and journaling, they’ve become reality.
How about you? What are your dreams and goals that you’d like to see realized in 2017? The Moon Journal 2017 can inspire you to dream bigger and better, and help you track your progress throughout the year.
If you’d like to purchase your own copy, you can find it at CreateSpace or on Amazon.
I wish you the very best of dreams and success for 2017!
